Mary Lou Fulton Chair in Theatre and Media Arts (UA 1042)

Next week marks the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Mary Lou Fulton Chair in Theatre and Media Arts. The $5 million endowment was announced to the university community on February 26, 2004. The Fulton Chair supports students through scholarships, travel grants, mentored experiences, and employment and internship opportunities. It also augments faculty support of mentoring, provides improved and upgraded equipment, and commissions and develops new theater work for the university.

The University Archives holds a collection documenting the creation of the Mary Lou Fulton Chair. This collection (UA 1042) contains a program for the announcement, a brochure describing the Fulton Chair and a CD commemorating the creation of the Fulton Chair.
